Hevolution Foundation will announce in advance public request
for applications (RFA) for philanthropic grants to support
research in non-profit institutions, and biotech companies.
Hevolution will not consider applications in relation to:
1
Specific diseases that affect the elderly
2
The development of specific chronic diseases (cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, osteoporosis)
3
Research that uses genetically or otherwise modified animal models for specific diseases.
Types of Announcements:
1. Recurring grants on general areas of interest e.g. new investigators, aging biology, geroscience, clinical research and others
2. Announcements on specific scientific areas
Application Steps:
1
Submission of letter of intents (LOIs).

Applicants of selected LOIs will be invited to submit a full proposal.
3
Review of full proposals and full due diligence.
4
Announcement of awardees and development of contracts.
